“Our delight in God overflows in service in our Church, Neighborhoods and Around the World “(based on 2 Cor. 9:12)
We empower the local church to reclaim its holistic, healthy and relational missional identity.
A Western church transformed in heart, mind, and soul so that it embodies God’s love both locally and around the world.
Our Core Values
Our core values are what we look for in ourselves, churches and others we serve alongside to ensure we are doing outreach in a healthy manner.
Dignity and Empowerment
We value the intrinsic worth of every individual in such a way that they experience respect, responsibility, and control over their own tools so that they can begin to create and innovate new life for themselves under the guidance of God.
"Don’t just pretend to love others. Really love them. Hate what is wrong. Hold tightly to what is good. Love each other with genuine affection, and take delight in honoring each other". (Romans 12:9 NLT)
Life-on-life relationships, where individuals help each other grow closer to God which leads to whole life transformation
"Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness". (Colossians 2:7 NLT)
Built on love, collaboration, and forgiveness while choosing trust and mutual voluntary submission which leads to unity in pursuing God’s vision.
"Let us think of ways to motivate one another to acts of love and good works". (Hebrews 10:24 NLT)
Share the message that the entire world is invited to glorify God, for the reign of the Kingdom is at hand.
“With joy you will drink deeply
from the fountain of salvation!
In that wonderful day you will sing:
“Thank the Lord! Praise his name!
Tell the nations what he has done.
Let them know how mighty he is!
Sing to the Lord, for he has done wonderful things.
Make known his praise around the world.”
(Isaiah 12:3-6 NLT)
The Spirit of God actively teaches and leads us to make wise and spiritually informed decisions individually and corporately. This can occur only when we are in a right relationship with the Triune God.
"Pray that from his glorious, unlimited resources he will empower you with inner strength through his Spirit" (Ephesians 3:16, NLT)

About Kalyn - Director of Strategic Planning
Kalyn McDaniel first visited Haiti at 15 years old and it was this trip, and the face-to-face confrontation with the deeply diverse experiences of people in this world, that led her to know God. Her heart for change at systemic levels led her to study Development Economics at Colorado Christian University where she has conducted graduate research on the link between poverty and terrorism in Gaza, the orphanage industry in Haiti, and the unique role of Faith-Based Organizations in the world of sustainable development. Her research and missions experience has granted her the opportunity to develop curriculum and teach about poverty in the US, South Africa, and Australia. She is married to Logan and currently lives in Denver, Colorado where she is continuing research.
About Niaya - Creative Director
Niaya Ramirez is a student, currently studying graphic design at Colorado Mesa University. She is passionate about the outdoors, art, and her faith. For her, being raised in the church means she has seen the good, the bad, and the ugly of church life. As much as she appreciates and values the experiences she was blessed with by her church community- there are many that she looks back on and cringes because of how unhealthy and/or painful it was for everyone involved. She is ecstatic to be apart of a vision that aims to help raise up, educate, and empower the church so we can empower others instead of bringing more unintentional harm to those we are trying to help.

His understanding of Christian ministry and missions has come through various church outreach and education in places like Haiti, the Philipines, Nepal, Australia, and New Zealand. His like has been deeply impacted by his time spent with leaders, pastors, and friends from a wide range of cultural backgrounds. They taught him that God’s church is much more complex, more strange, and much more beautiful than he ever imagined.
